This project is a long coming urban renewal to the Maraenui area in Napier. The development consists of 10 freestanding dwellings. Each residence is three bedrooms, one bath with separate WC and laundry areas.
All houses feature large open-plan living with outlooks to a patio area and its own courtyard. The design is focused on community living.
Even though these are all separate dwellings independent on their own block of land, there is a strong relationship with shared driveways. These create an enclave allowing integration of the rear blocks within the site.
These are large modules in excess of 14 meters long and 4.2 meters wide. Each house is made of 2 volumetric modular components, all built in Niche Modular’s Petone factory.
